1. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are made on a termly basis and must be paid in full to secure your child’s place.

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment is non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Little Ilm Club.

• Please arrive on time to ensure your child gets the most out of the session.

• If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible.

• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over unless in exceptional circumstances.

• A parent or responsible adult must remain on the premises throughout the session.

• You are responsible for supervising your child at all times unless otherwise stated.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs at the time of booking.

• Do not attend if your child is unwell or showing symptoms of contagious illness.

• We take every precaution to keep the environment safe and clean for all children.

5. Photography & Media

• We may take photos/videos during sessions for use on our website or social media but faces will not be included.

• If you do not consent, please let a member of staff know.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Little Ilm Club reserves the right to change the session schedule or cancel a class in unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered an alternative session or refund.

7. Behaviour Expectations

• We foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• We reserve the right to ask a parent and child to leave if behaviour poses a risk to others.
